I am a postgraduate lecturer (WSB University). MBA graduate (Poznań University of Economics / Georgia State University). I have over 15 years of experience as a PM in corporations, in PMO management, IT Support, projects, products, services, processes, changes and geographically dispersed teams. I look at organizations broadly when trying to optimize. I have developed global standards and business processes in various areas of the organization. I am a Certified Project Manager (PMP®, PMI-ACP, AgilePM Practitioner, PSM I), I ran projects in the areas of e-commerce (portal development), IT (system implementation), R&D (implementation of new products and processes, technology transfer). I am an assessor at the International Project Excellence Award and the head of the assessment team at the Polish Project Excellence Award (IPMA). I have worked, among others, for Unilever, Allegro Group, Naspers, Kompania Piwowarska, IPMA, WSB University. I conducted trainings, among others for: Accenture, TUI, Roche, Inkubator Starters, JS Projects.
