Agile Project Management is an educational program during which participants gain knowledge and practice in the area of agile project management. A practice that enables faster delivery of finished sub-products.
 
During the workshop, participants learn about the differences between traditional and agile approaches, learn how to deliver project products in an agile way in order to achieve faster implementations and maximally shorten the return on investment. They develop greater flexibility in managing projects and project teams, prioritise tasks better and manage the budget more efficiently.
 
During the training, each participant will have the opportunity to experience agile project management and practice the learned tools in order to efficiently implement them in their daily work.

    Krystyna Józefowicz

    Project management trainer, business consultant

    Lecturer in postgraduate studies (WSB University). MBA graduate (Poznań University of Economics / Georgia State University). Has over 18 years of experience as a PM in corporations. Experienced in managing PMO, IT Support, projects, products, services, processes, changes and geographically dispersed teams. She has a broad view of the organisation and the pursuit of optimization. She has developed global standards and business processes in various areas of the organization. Certified Project Manager (PMP®, PMI-ACP, AgilePM Practitioner, PSM I) leading projects in the areas of e-commerce (portal development), IT (systems implementation), R&D (implementation of new products and processes, technology transfer). Assessor at the International Project Excellence Award and head of the team of assessors at the Polish Project Excellence Award (IPMA). She worked, among others, for Unilever, Allegro Group, Naspers, Kompania Piwowarska, IPMA, WSB University. She conducted trainings, among others for: Accenture, TUI, Roche, Inkubator Starters, JS Projects.
